is 同 has 既混亂

There is no person啱
There has係唔啱,除非there have/has been,現2完成式.如果唔係,there係唔會跟"有",has/have.你真係要用中文理解,唔係嗰度有,喺嗰度嘅係....
如果你要問幾時has轉做is,不如記住個用法.
has/have可以解做食/用/有,is+形容詞/動詞+ing,there+is
has/have a breakfast
is doing
there is/was/were
she is beautiful

To start with "there has no person" is plain bad grammar, it does not emphasis "有冇人"!

Kris' answer is the correct answer.

There 後面一定係跟 is/ are/ was/ were

而 has/have/had 係跟 he/she/ it

記住呢點一定冇錯. ;-)

There is no person 係講啲事實、一般既情況
e.g. There is no person using money as you do.

There has no person....係講啲實際情況有冇人(强調有冇人)可以....
e.g. Ther has no person taking this job.
唔好太死記一啲模式, 你要係用法上文下理去理解為何人哋會咁樣用, 當然英文係有慣性, 但都好取決於個人表達, 同佢要將啲mac嘢訊息給你。
