The Naval Rock is where Ho-oh is located and if you push A in the spot where Ho-oh stood, you'll obtain the Sacred Ash. Next, I have no idea what you are talking about. Also, it's imposable to have the same ID number even if it is a different version. Here, I also have no idea what you are talking about. Mew is not involved at all. They say that if you have the HM Surf and the HM Strength before you get on the SS.Anne, you can use strength on the boat and Mew will be under it, but it's a lie, and Mew is not under the boat.
