When I am doing some running exercises, my left knee always makes a click sound. It does that when I am bending it. My right knee doesn't make that sound. What can I do to make that sound stop?

The clicking could be caused by either weak tendons in and around the knee which can be easily fixed by doing strengthening exercises. Another thing can be if you have a small fold in the tendon of your knee called a plica. Defiantly take care of that as it could get worse causing pain and inflammation.

abdominal / core strength. while the knee is not directly connected to your abdominal muscles, strengthening your ab muscles aligns your entire body, inside and out, which leads to stronger upper and lower body. a stronger lower body provides more support for the knees.
