- not all the season is suitable for dog to travel, so suggest contact your airline earlier

- also you need to apply export permit from Australia
- this is important that you have all the Microchip details / proof (Due to the most common type of microchip used in Australia is "Destron®", but in Hong Kong the microchip is "Avid ®"
Due to Australia is not a small country (in size), so if you find the 手續麻煩, then you can look for a pet move agent to help you, but there will be a charge for that will cost you around AUD$3xxx for all the things (but if the air-ticket is more expensive, then your cost will be even higher)

Maybe different airline (info get from Qantas) & different transport method (depend you travel on same flight with dog / dog transport as a cargo). As far as I know, dog's ticket will be same price as the adult's ticket, plus there is other sub-charges like the handling fee for moving a live animal.

As for the price for the pet mover, it is good that you find the cheaper one (so do more research) that price mentioned eariler is for a 9kg dog and 4 years ago
