Let base radius of cone = r, height of cone = h.
pr^2 = S ( p = pi)............(1)
h(2r)/2 = hr = Q...............(2)
From (1) = r = sqrt(S/p), sub. into (2) we get
h = Q/r = Q/sqrt(S/p).
so Volume of cone = pr^2h/3 = S[Q/sqrt(S/p)]/3.
