CPAs are allowed to practise under a Limited Company mode. The registration of a corporate practice is governed by:
• sections 28D to 28H of the Professional Accountants Ordinance ("PAO");
• Professional Accountants By-laws 28 and 29; and
• a set of subsidiary rules – the Corporate Practices (Registration) Rules,, the Corporate Practices (Model M & A) and the Corporate Practice ( Professional Indemnity ) Rules.
