Egg tart
Ingredients
Dough
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 cup of butter
1 egg

Filling
2/3 cup of sugar
1又1/2 cups of water
9 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup of evaporated milk

Serving:12
1. Mix the sugar and the flour.Then add the butter and stir with a fork.
2.Beat the egg.Add it to the mixture with the vanilla.Mix until a dough is formed.
3.Shape the dough into small balls.Press the balls into tart moulds.
4.Preheat the oven to 230度.
5.Dissovle the sugar in the water.Then cool.
6.Beat the eggs.Add them to the sugar mixture. Beat the mixture.Then add the evaporated milk and the vanilla.
7.Strain the filling with a sieve.Then fill the tart moulds with filling.
8.Bake the tarts for 15 to 20minutes until the pastry is golden brown.

Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1/2cup of water
2 eggs
90 g of butter
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sugar

2.Beat the egg whites and gradually add the sugar.Add to the rest of the mixture.

3.Dissolve the sugar in the remaining water.Pour quickly into the flour and water.Stir thoroughly.
