I don't really understand the #1 question. The correct formulae would be Al2F3, BaS, K2S, SrCl2. I guess I would pick BaS; since it is the only one that would actually exist.#2: The most stable compound formed would be A2X theoretically. However, CaC2 is a stable compound formed from these two configurations.
