澳洲 技術移民 問題...!!

1) 技術移民, 如果成功左, 係咪=取得PR資格? = Yes! 技術移民have many type of visa:

i) Skilled – Independent (Residence) Visa (Subclass 885)
ii) Skilled – Sponsored (Residence) Visa (Subclass 886)
iii) Skilled – Regional (Residence) Visa (Subclass 887)
iv) Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 487)
v) Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) Visa (Subclass 485)

The above i) & iii) is most common when the student study in Australia without any relative there! Whereas ii) & iv) is when you got some relative who willing to sponsor you for your visa application.

2) 取得PR後, 再STAY幾耐先取到CITIZEN? = 4 years! Due to thechange of the new legalization:

People who became permanent residents on or after 1 July 2007 must have been lawfully resident in Australia for four years immediately before applying including:
- 12 months as a permanent resident
- absences from Australia of no more than 12 months, including no more than ninety (90) days in the 12 months before applying.

3) 如果我過澳洲半工讀, 知唔知最快幾時取得PR? = Firstly, the course that you plan to study have to get you 60 points for the "Nominated skilled occupation" eligibility requirements for any type of PR visa + your course have to be more than 2 years "full-time" study in Australia! So, the fastest way will be at least 2 years + 6 months for application period. (That is include you have completed your course without delay and your application run smoothly)

4) 有咩課程有利取得PR? = There are "Too Many" courses will be eligible for get PR and I suggest you read the information at the following website:

由於你剛申請時, 澳洲immi只會給你student visa! 而這個visa是不能夠打工的! 當你到步澳洲後, 盡快去當地的immigration centre到申請student visa 可以打工, 填後大約等7-10日工作天就會給你一個新的student visa包含可以打工證明!
不過, 這個證只能給你20小時打工, 平均每日做5小時! 若多了的話, 澳洲入境處查到, 你可能會被送回國及取消你的student visa既!
一定要小心呢點...

補充返 有咩課程有利取得PR.

一般黎講, 有分2大類.

大學: ACCOUNTING, IT, ENGINEERING, NURSING, TEACHER etc 要讀3-4年 BACHELOR 或者 2年MASTER

DIPLOMA: COOKERY, HAIRDRESSING, PRINTING 係大熱.
只要讀2年就可以完成讀書果PART既移民要求, 學費相對大學都較平!!
