二股東不願意簽署公司所有文件,
請問大股東可否用大股東的身份炒二股東嗎?
以我所知大股東股份是90%,二股東和其他人是餘下的10%...

No. The major shareholder could not fire out the other shareholders. In the ordinary course of business, the day-to-day of the company's operation rested in the Directors. A director could be appointed or vacated accordingly to the Articles of Association of the company.
