In the following calculation , I just follow your answer to evaluate since I don't know the range of (0.14+ 0.0172t)-1= 3cos(0.14+ 0.0172t)
cos(0.14+ 0.0172t)=-1/3
(0.14+ 0.0172t)=2pi-1.91=4.37
0.0172t=4.23
t=1.77/0.0172=246
