I would like to ask whether soapless detergent is made up of concentrated sulphuric acid, NaOH and petroleum or other reactants.

Usually, soapless detergent is made in two steps:
Step 1: React a petroleum fraction with concentrated sulphuric acid.
Step 2: Neutralize the reaction mixture of step 1 with concentrated sodium hydroxide solution.
