Almost all living things have hydrogen, carbon, oxygen and nitrogen. Water has 2 hydrogen & 1 oxygen. All organic compounds have hydrogen, oxygen & carbon, some has nitrogen. All protein has four of above mentioned, particularly nitrogen. Helium is the by product of the fusion of 2 hydrogen in the sun to provide sun light energy which gives life of everything.
