For -x^3 - px^2 + mx < = 0that is mx < = x^3 + px^2
that is mx + q < = x^3 + px^2 + q
That is the sections of curve y = x^3 + px^2 + q greater than the line y = mx + q.
From the diagram, it is where 0< = x < = a or x> = b.
(don't understand why B is b > = 0, not x > = b).
