✔ 最佳答案
第一組:
If he spoke Chinese, he would have translated the e-mail for you.
AND
If he spoke Chinese, he would translate the e-mail for you.
兩句都是假設,在文法上都是對的。
第一句解作:
如果他識講中文,他己經會替你翻譯了那個電郵。
語氣重些,口語化是:如果佢識.....,佢己經做咗啦!
第二句解作:
如果他識講中文,他會替你翻譯那個電郵。
在考試時,如果無其它提示,我會選第二句,因為它比較常用,是相等於: If he could ......., he would .....
第二組:(我將你原文上下句掉轉,以便和第一組吻合)
If he had taken English, he would have had (more) job opportunities.
AND
If he had taken English, he would have more job opportunities.
情形和第一組一樣。兩句都合文法。
第一句的語氣比較重,口語是:
如果我讀咗英文,我就會多咗好多啱我嘅工啦!
這差不多是埋怨說:冇讀英文,所以走失好多工。
第二句的口語是:
如果我讀咗英文,我就會有多 d 啱我嘅工。
同樣是假設,但加了 [had],就加重了 emphasis.

If we were to distinguish between the two sentences in each group from the perspective of the conditional types, it would seem that the first sentence in each group is a mixed conditional (comprising 2nd and 3rd conditionals), and the second sentence is a 2nd conditional.

OOPS. The above supplementary is true only for group 1.
For group 2:
If he had taken English, he would have had (more) job opportunities. [3rd conditional]
If he had taken English, he would have more job opportunities. [mixed 3rd and 2nd)
