No don't do that. You could spread them to new locations and put your self in more pain then you're all ready in, also your out break may take longer to heal.
You could pop herpes if it's blisters but the sores you can't pop. Genital warts I don't think you could pop either.
Genital warts and herpes are not the same thing. If you suspect that you could have either one then get tested for them by your doctor then get the meds or suggestions as to what could help to heal them.
