Paralympics gold-medallist sprinter So Wah-wai, nicknamed "Wonder Boy" celebrates the start of the 100-day countdown to the Beijing 2008 Paralympics during a ceremony at Central Library. He is holding the event's mascot, Fu Niu Lele, representing a die-hard spirit.

"Wonder Boy" So Wah Wai clinched the first gold medal for Hong Kong in the 1st IPC Athletics World Indoor Games at Sweden, as he won in the Men's ( T36 category ) 60m with the time of 8.02 seconds.

And I quite admire So Wah-wai wheather he doesn't have a healthy body but have a strong heart to
become a winner of international sporting events. I learn much from So Wah-wai, this local physically- challenged athlete, who has achieved impossible miracles in. sprinting. Despite his physical disability, he doesn't give up although he has face many physical problem so I admire him.

The person I admire is Mr. So Wah Wai. He inborn contracts the
convulsion and listens weakly. He is a famous disability athlete in
Hong Kong.

So Wah Wai is the man 100 meter and 200 meter disabled public
figure world record holder at the present. He great for the first time
attends the disabled public figure Olympic Games from 1996 the
continual three sessions to seize the gold to 2004 and to return. In
2008 the Beijing remnant Olympics man won 100 meters bronze
medals, won the gold medal in 200 meters, and breaks the world
recormd.

His alias is "Wonder Boy". He is my
favour athlete in Hong Kong. I like him very much.
