Strong > not a good word to use with "Interested" Try following

I'm extremely interested, I have great interest etc

To say you are an undergraduate, it's same as saying you are not qulified

Just be honest about it, and more personal like:

I'm currently in my 3 rd year of study, studying....list some topics........., I believe on the completion of these special modules, I could utilise the lessons learnt to add value to your company

The programme is due finish in June, I shall be available for interview at any time apart from those blackout dates during exam period, and I shall be available to start work at anytime after exams in June.

其实它就是错在 interesting 了，也许你会说 interested 跟 interesting 都是形容词 (adjective) 来的嘛，为什么用 interested 会是对的，反而用 interesting 就错的呢？

简单来说，interested 是用来表达某人的感受，也就是他/她对某样东西或事物感興趣的。

反而 interesting 就用来表达某样东西或事物引起他/她的兴趣或关注。

我的解释还算简单和容易让你明白吗？

还有，它是 undergraduate 来的，你打错字而已。
