食譜:

Spiced Chicken & Pasta Mayonnaise

Material:

- 75 g (3 oz) pasta shells
- 350 g (12 oz) cooked chicken
- 125 g (4 oz) can pineapple chunks , drained
- 50 g (2 oz) split blanched almonds , toasted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

.......Curry mayonnaise....................

Material:

- 1 tablespoon concentrated curry sause
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 2 teaspoons tomato puree
- 150 ml (1/4 pint) mayonnaise
- 125 G (4 oz) fromage frais
- salt and pepper to taste

........To Garnish.............................

Material:


- coriander sprigs
- pineapple slices

STEP:

1) Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes until al dente.Drain,rinse under cold water, then drain thoroughly.Turn pasta into a bowl.


2) Cut the chicken into chunks, then add to the pasta with the pineapple.


3) To prepare the curry mayonnaise, mix the curry sauce, honey and tomato puree together in a bowl.Add the mayonnaise and fromage frais and stir until evenly blended. Check the seasoning.


4)Add the curry may onnaise to the salsd and mix well. Serve sprinkled with the nuts and chopped coriander.Garnish with the nuts and pineapple.

香辣雞意粉配蛋黃醬

材料
蜆殼粉75g
熟雞肉350g
罐頭波羅去水, 切細件
無皮杏仁碎50g
芫荽葉一湯匙 (切碎)


咖喱蛋黃醬材料
一茶匙咖喱醬
一茶匙蜂蜜
二茶匙茄醬
蛋黃醬150ml
忌廉奶125g
鹽, 胡椒粉少許


裝飾用--香葉+波羅片



做法

1)蜆殼粉放入鹽水中10-12分鐘至軟, 放入凍水喉下過冷河, 再放入碗中
2)雞肉切件, 混合蜆殼粉與波羅
3)把咖喱蛋黃醬材料全部混合至滑身於碗中
4)把蜆殼粉, 雞肉, 波羅用咖喱蛋黃醬拌好, 像做沙律方式
5)加入杏仁碎, 最後用香葉+波羅片裝飾便可

五香雞肉和通心粉蛋黃醬

- 2茶匙番茄醬
- 150毫升( 1 / 4品脫)蛋黃醬
- 125克( 4盎司)奶酪frais
-鹽和胡椒品嚐

材料:


-香菜開
-菠蘿片

步驟:

1 )庫克的麵食在大量鹽的水煮沸10-12分鐘,直到人dente.Drain ,下冷水沖洗,然後流失thoroughly.Turn到一碗麵條。


2 )把雞成塊,然後添加到麵條的菠蘿。


3 )為了準備咖哩蛋黃醬,混合的咖哩醬,蜂蜜和番茄醬一起bowl.Add的蛋黃醬和奶酪frais和混合攪拌,直至均勻。檢查調味品。

4)添加咖哩可能onnaise的salsd和混合良好。服務撒上切碎的堅果和coriander.Garnish與堅果和菠蘿
