英文 : 去開大便

To move one's bowels 就是所說的「開大便」了。這是很文雅的說法，書寫文字也是一樣，但為人所接受的！
你可以說：I'm going to move my bowels. 就是了。
有說：I'm going to ease myself 也可以；但不明確。這是較 I'm going to the use the toilet 為文雅吧！

如果你面對你的醫生，你們會討論你的生活習慣吧。你會題及你每天都有大便，那就是 you move your bowels every day 吧。那正常不過的了！

If in phone you can say, 'Excusce for I'm not convinent right now, call you later.'
If in gathering moment you can say, 'Excuse me for a while.'
No need to explain more.
