1. This report aims to find out the most ideal and representative shopping mall in Hong Kong in the tourists' eyes. By this means, we would like to collect the foriegn visitors' opinions and comments on the environment and facilities of our shopping malls, in order to acheive an greater improvement to impress and satisfy the tourists. 2. First, I have searched the information of 4 to 8 famous shopping malls in Hong Kong on the Net. Then we pick out four of them base on the interests of Hong Kongers and teenagers as our targets of research.
3. The second step is to set our statments. These statments will set the principal direction of our questionnaires.
4. After that, we shall allocate our teamates to different malls.
5. Then we set a questionnaire base on the statments we have made.
