Won ton soup. It's simply broth with filled, boiled won tons and some veg's. How bad is that?

Steamed veg's and rice??? Is that even a choice here?

C'mon people!

Not all wontons are stuffed with pork. And even if they are, it's like 1/2 teaspoon!!!!!! Ewww . Get out the fatometer.... What's the paranoia with pork? It's lean. At least the stuff I use is.

Uh, orange chicken is probably the worst thing compared to any and all cuisines.

Wonton soup has pork in it, not too healthy.

Sesame chicken is probably the "healthiest" of those listed.

Chow mein is full, absolutely full of grease.

The wonton soup, but just eat the wonton and don't drink the soup. The soup usually contain a lot of salt.

If you're still hungry after the wontons, then go for the chow-mein. People usually cook chow-mein with a lot of vegetables and it's stir-fried, so it's not laden with sauce. Try to stay away from Chinese food that's smothered in sauce.

Sesame chicken, orange chicken - unfortunately, I've never tried them but if not mistaken, these are high in salt and fat. (Sorry, my family stick to home-cook Chinese or real authentic Chinese restaurants).

I'm just taking a guess here, but I'm going to say the soup.
The sesame chicken and orange chicken are going to be battered, fried and then stir fried in a sticky sweet sauce. The chowmein is going to be stir-fried in some kind of brown sauce and served with crispy (code for fried) noodles.
The soup is going to be basically chicken broth, with a couple meat filled won-ton "dumplings", and some crisp-tender veggies.
All the selections are going to likely have VERY high sodium contents, but for low-cal...the soupd is probably your best bet.

Wonton Soup is definitely the healthiest, and the most authentic Chinese. Orange Chicken is deep fried and then coated in orange corn syrup, sesame chicken is also fried. Chow mein is all starch, and full of grease. Soup is filling, tastes good, and most likely has vegetables and is more balanced. The little pork that it has is good, since it is a reasonable amount.
