有一些意見, 希望使英文自然一點
1)Before I applied for any accounting job, I tried to look for information about the duties of an accounts clerk from the recruitment advertisements. I learned that they are mainly related to handling AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and issue and deposit of cheques.

2)My past working experience is not related to accounting. I don’t have any experience as an accounts clerk, either. But I am willing to learn and work hard in the hope of succeeding this field.

3)Also, I have strong enthusiasm in developing my future career in the accounting field. This is why I applied for the accounts clerk position of your company. In the future, I expect to gain more hands-on working experience and learn more about accounting here. In my past job, I have proved myself to be a hardworking, fast learning person and a staff member with a proactive attitute. therefore, I have confidence I can contribute to this company.

4)I know that the salary and welfare is not important for my current position, I would like to get an opportunity to build up my career in accounting field. (這句不知道你想表達甚麼所以不知道怎樣改. Do you mean: I place the opportunity to build up a career in the accounting field above the salaries and welfare I would receive for the job. )

5) I am happy to talk to you. Thank you for giving me the chance of interview.

TRY.
