Stamp duty係咪non-dedectible item in profits tax？

我覺得如果係用作renew leasing contract, should be capital nature,should be non-deductible.

Stamp Duty 一般係資本性開支(Capital Expenditure)，所以無得扣。但係如果係產生可課稅利潤的支出當然可以扣除，如公司本身屬股票或物業投資等。
如果係寫字樓續租，印花稅係屬於支出。祇有第一次租寫字樓嘅律師費同印花至唔俾扣。
