你好，你想问 present perfect continuous tense 有没有 passive voice，是吗？

没错，是有的。

由于我们都知道 present perfect continuous tense 的结构是 has / have + been + present participle 来的，因此它的被动式就是 has / have + been + being + past participle 咯。

譬如，

Recently, Alex has been doing the work. (Active)
Recently, the work has been being done by Alex. (Passive)
