During the past few years, we had many OLE lessons. We had learnt lots of knowledge that we couldn’t get from books when participate in those activities.
In the past few years, I believe that we had already tried the 5 components of OLE. In the 5 components, I liked community services most. It is because I can learn many skills from it, such as communication skills and the spirits of between people’s mutual assist. All these will surely help when we are out in the actual world.
The activities I like most is ‘Fair Trade’ which was held in second term last year. This activity let us know more about how farmer’s toilsome but they still couldn’t gain corresponsive pay. Through this activity, we could introduce the product of fair trade to some coffee shop. We could also talk to the councilman, ask him to promote them to the government and then introduce to the citizen. If everyone buys one product, both of us will help them and they will gain more money for living.
I know nothing about ‘Fair Trade’ before this activity. Ordinarily, when we went to supermarkets for neccessities, we will buy the brands that we used to buy. We had ignored the product which had less advertised in mass media completely. After this activity, I thought I should transform myself into a caring person and be alert of news. Now, when I heard something about ‘Fair Trade’, I will be interested in it.

I had not known ‘Fair Trade’ before having this activity. Ordinarily, when we went to supermarkets to buy articles for daily use, we also bought the things that we usually used or bought. We completely ignored the product that had less advertised. People will not know also. After this activity, I thought I should change into a careful person and be careful of news. Now, when I listened anything about ‘Fair Trade’, I will be interested in it.
