I have learnt the interpersonal skills after the two days seminars.
These skills can increase my professionalism in the work performance or service. For example, when we communicate with the others, we have to listen to the opinions/demands patiently. We have to understand the needs of the others thoroughly, and we also have to treat them with pleasant and sincere attitude. Furthermore, eye contact and a smile are the essential parts of the communication too. I strongly believe the above skills can increase my work performance, and improve the interpersonal relationships in the daily life.

Through this two-day course, I have learnt many high-lights on commination skills, which can improve my work performance and professional spirit on service, for example, we need to listen to others’ opinions and demands patiently during communication, we also need to put in their shoes to understand what they need, and we still need to be kind and sincere, but what I think the most important is when we communicate with others, nice eye-contacts and a smile are necessary. I strongly believe that the above skills not only improve my work performance, but also improve my human relationship on daily life.

After these on second the curriculum, I have learned between many people and the human communicate the place which the skill needs to pay attention. These skills can enhance me in the work performance and the service professionalism. For example: We with others communication when needs the patience to listen respectfully to others' opinion or the element asks, we also want the penetrating to place understand others' demand, but we must give others one kind kind and the sincere manner, but I think most importantly, when we with others communication, the friendly look contact and a smile cannot lack. I deeply believed that the above skill, except can enhance me to work on performance, can improve the interpersonal relationship in my daily life.
