There was a commercial a couples years back that said, " Pork, the other white meat" in reference to it also being white meat along with Chicken. People used to be afraid of Trichinosis in pork which was a parasite found in undercooked Pork. Nowadays, that threat is minimal because of improvements in antibiotics and the way the animals are raised. You can actually under cook pork slightly and it should be nice and juicy. No blood should be visible but slight pink is o.k.
