我想請問~如果係18歲前犯過事~沒被判刑
警司警戒之後一直奉公守法,
而18歲之後已經收到警方來信,取消之前記錄~
請問我申請<良民證>會否有影響我出國讀書或移民 ??
因為想去讀書...好擔心...

You don't have to show criminal for overseas study, but it will be a requirement for immigration.In your case, the criminal record will not show you have such issue. But internally the police can still see the record.
