You can use a croissant instead of a normal bread.

Just fry an egg "over easy" and put on croissant. Make two if it doesn't cover whole croissant.

Toast and butter two slices of bread. In a frying pan crack a raw egg and salt and pepper. Cook partially, then break the yolk and turn the egg and cook the other side. I like some runny egg yolk, so I usually let the white just get cooked completely, then break the yolk and turn the egg for a few seconds and put it on my toast. I also put jelly on the toast and sometimes add bacon.

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 Eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
4 smalls Pita pockets
1 Tomato; sliced
¼ cup Feta cheese; crumbled
2 tablespoons Black olives; pitted &
. chopped

1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a 6-inch nonstick pan and cook the eggs individually until the white is set, adding the remaining oil as necessary. Break the yolk, turn the egg over and continue cooking until the yolk is no longer runny. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Cut a slit in each pita bread and place an egg inside. Top the egg with a tomato slice, 1 Tbsp feta cheese and 1/2 Tbsp black olives. Makes 4 sandwiches

I use Eggbeaters - I pour a tablespoonful of it on a heated, greased griddle and let 'er fry. Before I do that, I cook a sausage patty and keep that warm. I warm the croissant while the egg is cooking. Flip the egg once to ensure through frying.
Place your sausage patty on one half of the warmed croissant. Place a slice of sharp American or Cheddar cheese on top of that and then your fried egg on top of that. Place the other half of the croissant on top and there's your sandwich. Alternatively, fry some thick-sliced bacon and use that in place of the sausage - some folks prefer Canadian bacon, too.

CUT A CROISSANT THROUGH THE MIDDLE, PUT OIL IN A SKILLET, TURN THE STOVE, CRACK THE EGG, FRY IT, PUT IT ON THE CROISSANT. AND DONT FORGET TO TURN OFF THE STOVE!
