Chinese is always good. I've been making egg foo yung, egg rolls and egg drop soup a bit lately, but tonight I made some szechuan shrimp and veg fried rice and it isn't difficult or time consuming. Just trying to clean the frig out a bit so am using what I have available.

If you're going out or having take out, that's great since you don't have to worry about having the correct ingredients in pantry and frig, plus the fact that you don't have to clean the kitchen! Win win situation.

Thai, Mexican and Indian are always good choices, too.

Any seasonal chinese vegetables such as pak choi. Best if stir fry with chopped garlic. Along with meat such as beef. Add some oyster sauce or soy sauce. Serve with boiled rice.
