If you really like spiciness then try:
Chopped garlic, chopped chillis with seeds, chopped spring onions, shredded lettuce, chopped SPAM (ham) and stir fry with cooked boiled rice added with soy sauce.
This only takes me 15 mins for preparation as I like chopping ingredients to bits. Cook (including boiling the rice beforehand) takes about 20 mins.
