First of all, congratulation for your 30 mins run - I've tried before but then stopped.
I think you're just low in energy that's why you always feel hungry after the run.
To back it up, I recommend you to eat cabohydrate after you run. It depends when you run, if in the morning (porridge with fruits), if in the afternoon (pasta with meat and veg, snack - banana), if during night time (rice with meat and veg. Oranges)
