I would like to know the meaning of "hit me out of the blue"..

你好，out of the blue 的意思是意外地或是突然地，它是一个 phrase (片语获词组)来的。我也觉得它的同义词是 surprisingly。

由于 hit 的 Past Tense 也是 hit，所以 hit me out of the blue 的意思是意外地或是突然地打/击中我 (Present)或者是意外地或是突然地打/击中了我 (Past)。
