Hi Im doing a project on France and need to bring a food into the class that is French. It should be yummy (i want a sweet item) that I can make a lot of (or split easily) for around 25 students. Make it be easy to make too!

Crèpes are what most people associate with France. That and escargot. You could vary the crèpe fillings (marmalade is fine, but Nutella is more common). If you would like to do croissants, a good idea would to fill them with a chocolate filling (Nutella is always good- maybe because I like it so much?).

My favoritefrench dessert is called Il flottante. It is medium difficult to prepare but you will surprise your classmates with something that is not so common like creme brulee or crepes.

Very french yet not very known.
