Anyone know how to exports used cars to HK ?

Sorry, but it is not allowed. No used products of any kind may be imported into Hong Kong as per government regulations. This is also true of mainland China.

Hong Kong is a politically semi-autonomous region of China that has strict rules to promote consumer safety and product quality. Used vehicles are inconsistent with those aims.
