請問律師費是否包括買 賣 合 約 Sales and Purchase Agreement , 樓 契 Assignment Deed, 按 揭 契 Mortgage Deed and 印 花 稅 Government Stamp Duty ?????

Yes, you are right. But, stamp duty is not a solicitor's fee as this is a charge on legal documents by the Inland Revenue Department in accordance with the Stamp Duty Ordinance relative to the value of the consideration of the property dealing..
