(3t - 4)(t + 3) = 0
t = 4/3 or t = -3

h(t) = 65 - 4.9t2
When t = 2:
h(2) = 65 - 4.9(2)2
h(2) = 45.4
Ans: Its height is 45.4 m above the river.

Let f(x) = x3 + 4x2 - 8x - 6
The remainder when f(x) is divided by (x + 5)
= f(-5)
= (-5)3 + 4(-5)2 - 8(-5) - 6
