現在正等候律政處決定是起訢，在此時間去找律師相量有冇作用

事件經過：某日在提款機提款發現有人未拿錢，當日為星期日，原本第二日交回銀行，但要返工，便委託家中長者第二日交去銀行，點知長者唔記得攞去，直至警方通知才知道，現在已落口供，現在正等候律政處決定是否起訢。想問，在此時間去找律師相量有冇作用（初犯盜竊，希望輕判，不留案底）

At this moment, it is no use to discuss with the lawyer... When you received the court notice from the police, then you need to discuss with your lawyer... Be careful, not evey lawyers have professional ethics...
