你指的Scale 1:20000 應該是 Map Scale ( Horizontal Scale )
V.E. = Vertical Scale (Cross Section) / Horizontal Scale (Map Scale)
0.2 = Vertical Scale / 1:20000
Vertical Scale = 0.2 * 1:20000
Vertical Scale = 1: 100000
答案: cross-section 1cm = 1000 m (height)
Remarks: VE 0.2 is only a practice. Normally VE should be 2, 3, or 4 times to show the landform.

scale係1:20000 and V.E = 0.2
cross-section =20000x0.2
=4000cm
=40m

我看錯了數,該是20000/0.2=100000
=1000m
下面那位是對的。
還有提醒一下
V.E應是用實數計,而不是比例。因為誇大的是實數,而不是比例誇大。是數字的誇大,所引起的一個比率,雖然答案是一樣。
