公司嚟緊會有d外國人落嚟同我地interview,其實我地係度做咗好耐,因為公司比美國收購咗,所以就咁樣.
我叫xxx.今年25歲,F.5 畢業.
之前份工做咗2年多,後來遺散.
我有耐性.
希望大家可以幫下我翻做英文 !!!!

Don't worry! You just simply tell him the fact of your present post. I don't think they are really concern a post unless this is a key position.
As you said, just tell him:
My name is XXX. I am now 25 years of age. I have been working here for some time. I worked in a company for 2 years before a redundancy was made.
I really find my present job valuable and I am sure I am patient and eager to learn in my present post.
