No, I think most chinese think mole on face representiving fortune. It is called great person mole or big figure mole.

Depends on where the mole is. For example, I've known people who've removed moles from under their eyes as the moles were called "tear moles" are considered bad-luck (meaning you'll have an unhappy life and will end up crying all the time). It also depends on how much of this do you believe. If you're a strong believer in Chinese face/fortune telling and removing the mole will make you feel better, then go ahead.

I agree with the first poster. Most people who are superstitious about this in China believe moles to be lucky when they're found on the face. Why do you believe your's to be unlucky?
