Can someone me help with tweaking in pokemon diamond?

I get the concept but every time I do it it takes me like thirty minutes and I either come up empty handed or my game freezeses. I mean what am I doing wrong even in the you tube click I saw even when he screwed up he created the void that he could not enter or freezed up rather quickly.

You asked the right Person ;D, I am really good at this I have gotten a walkable void about 5 times and I have found Darkrai and Shaymin in the Void!. and currently I am helping in the search for Arceus, but its kinda hard to explain how to do it so just watch this Video I found it should help!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oFyYTtfzFg
