我们通常会在 although (虽然/尽管) 的后面用 subject + verb 的，请看以下的例子: -

I managed to get to sleep although there was a lot of noise.

有时我们可以不需一定要用 although 的，我们也可以用 though 的。

所以呢，我依然能够说。。。

I managed to get to sleep though there was a lot of noise.

不过，我们通常都会在说话时放 though 在句子的后头。

The house is not very nice. I like the garden though. (= but I like the garden)

说到 even though (即使/虽然)啊，它就是比 although 还要强烈或更有力的。

Even though I was really tired, I could not sleep.
