跟團俾小費
Of course you give them, this is part of their salary. 香港領隊 actually take care the tour arrangement such as seat planning(flight), food arrangement, program arrangement, take care those who are injured or in need or even go to the hospital with the guest(which I have seen a case, 香港領隊stay overnight with guest at the hospital concerning the guest situation, she even did not sleep whole night and continue the program the following day). Please do considerate, think about if you are the tour leader. If we afford to travel, just this little amount(compare with the tour price), we can afford to do so.

小費是整個行程之一的收費,如果你不滿意服務,可以比最底的建議小費. 不過如果行程中,你覺得領導或導遊好有問題時,你是可以不比的,不過為了大家有不和情境出現,比小費啦,這都是他們的工資之一.

在行程表上應該己明文定好每人每日基本小費，因為這些小費是他們的工資一部份。
