a^2 - b^2 + 7a - 7b

= [a^2 - b^2] + [7a - 7b]

= [(a + b) (a - b)] + 7 [a - b]

= (a - b) [a + b + 7]

Thats it dear.

= a² - b² + 7a - 7b
= (a + b)(a - b) + 7(a - b)
= (a + b + 7)(a - b)

Answer: (a - b)(a + b + 7)

a^2-b^2+7a-7b
(a +b)(a-b) + 7(a-b)
(a + b +7)(a-b)

a^2-b^2+7a-7b
= (a-b)(a+b)+7(a-b) grouping
= (a-b)[a+b+7] take out the common bracket(a-b)

(a-b)(a+b)+7(a-b)=
=(a-b)(a+b+7)

a(a+7) - b(b+7)

a^2 - b^2 + 7a - 7b
= (a^2 - b^2) + (7a - 7b)
= (a + b)(a - b) + 7(a - b)
= (a - b)[(a - b) + 7)]
= (a - b)(a + b + 7)

a^2 - b^2 + 7a - 7b

= (a - b)(a + b) + 7(a - b)

= (a - b)(a + b + 7)

a^2-b^2+7a-7b

(a-b)(a+b) + 7(a-b)

(a-b)(a+b+7)

That's it Maths rock

First, there's the a^2 - b^2 = (a-b)(a+b)... next you use the distributive property on the 7a - 7b...

(a-b)(a+b) + 7(a-b)

There's a common factor between these two terms, so you can use the distributive property again...

(a-b)(a+b+7)

Make sense?
