If there is no vertigo旋轉性頭暈 .. then it is likely to be 前庭耳蝸神經 problem because it does not involve fluid 耳水不平衡. Vestibulocochlear nerve is related to balance because it feedbacks the sense of balance to the brain. still recommend 耳鼻喉科醫生, if nothing can be found then you need to find 腦科, 做個磁力共震造影MRI.

Check your cerebellum 小腦 (which is located at 後腦 position. cerebellum 小腦 is also responsible for keeping balance, i.e. really can't keep your balance. However the sense of balance (覺得偏下偏下..!!好似平衡唔到咁) should be related to 前庭耳蝸神經 instead. Can be just due to virus infection on the 前庭耳蝸神經

即係你覺得唔係小腦出問題.----> you really unable to keep your balance, & may have gait problem as well. One presentation is like a druken man, there are other presentations too.

you may see a Neurologist腦神經科醫生 directly, doesn't matter, he is likely to ask you do a MRI scan. Most likely you are only having 前庭神經出左問題---> perceive as imbalance (sensation), you can still stand still, so I suggested you to see 耳鼻喉科醫生first.
