哈哈，你看的戏是否正版还是翻版的呢？翻版的话，可能英文的语法上是有点错误的咯。

我猜啊，那句应该是在用着其中一个情态（助）动词 (Modal Verb) 啦，也就是 has / have got to get out 的。

“has / have got to” is quite simiar to “has / have to”。

“has / have got to”is used to express necessity and obligation while“has / have to”is used to express certainty, necessity, and obligation.

"I don't meant that"
is grammatically incorrect , you can never say I don't meant that .. which tense are you using then , paste tense or present tense ? the correct way of saying that is I didn't mean that .

Yes "got to get out" is often said in movies or dramas and its in present tense .
