無限公司結業

1. 你可以上稅務局網頁www.ird.gov.hk去下載表格IRC3113C去申報結業。
2. 你要注意結業日期應該在舊商業登記失效前，否則你就要俾多一年錢！
3. 你間嘢係獨資公司，應該在每年個人入息申報表BIR60第5部份申報業務狀況。你無報其實政府可以罰你！
4. 週年申報表AR1係公司註冊署表格，祇適用於本地註冊之有限公司。你係獨資所以唔使填！
5. 無限公司結業淨係遞表格，政府無收費，你自己做啦！

As your company is only a firm and not a limited company, there is no requirement for you to file an annual return as required by the Companies Ordinance. You just notify IRD with your IRC 3113 that your business is to be ceased. The tax depatment may send you a tax return for completion if they think fit. Still, if you had no business, then state it clearly in the tax return. A easy job. For details, you can go to the web-site:

You can done this easily by yourself and not for a limited company incurring a big cost on this cessation and/ or deregistration or even winding up.
