我宜家差唔多18歲
160cm高,d手手高高都好幼and長
但係d脂肪就積聚曬起條腰到= =
搞到好唔合比例咁
平時出街勉強可以著衫遮到
但係我真係唔想咁樣落去
我宜家條腰已經去到差唔多30吋= =
就黎追得上我上圍(34C) = =
可能係我考會考既時候
溫書成日一路食野一路溫所致= =
carry住一個大肚腩真係好辛苦!

唔該大家點樣可以減腰唔減胸?

要每日扭呼拉圈, 鈕20分鐘倒, 咁你就只會瘦腰唔瘦胸.

Wow!! I clicked on your question as I was thinking you will get lots of great ideas from everyone. However, the answer seems to be just the one about the same website.
I would sugguest you to do sit-ups, just go back to the basic and it works for me. However, sit-up has to be down on a regular basic, if you do 100 today and leave it until next month, you won't see the result.
I do 200 everyday after my 30 minutes run at lunch time. I try not to have a heavy lunch too. It will be impossible to lose a belly if you sit for hours straight after your big meal.
Try to exercise in the morning as it will help you to increase the energy level and do it everyday if you can as a routine. Good luck!!
